Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a damaged product or a manufacturing error.  Please get in touch with our team via  info@WeAreAll.One, with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line, and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Please be sure to check our sizing charts before placing an order, as returns for wrong size are not accepted at this time. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
